Dropico knows that you are busy and they are here to relieve the strain on your poor brain. What they have done is really quite magical – they have introduced drag-and-drop properties to all your photos spread across today’s vast online social networks. It is almost too good to be true, almost…

Starting Up

Step 1: Dropico’s Official site has the option to become a user of the service by selecting Create Account under the sign in window on the home page. Fill in the new boxes that appear and click CREATE. Step 2: You are then sent a confirmation email to activate your account. Standard stuff, but the email will also contain your unique MOBI email address that allows you to send photos straight from your mobile phone to your Dropico account. Other accounts (like Facebook) can be added during set up. Step 3: Set up time! The first important screen is the one listing the available social media sites that can be used in Dropico and allow you to connect to any that you have an account with. Once connected, you get to toggle switches to choose whether Dropico has access to the accounts you connected or not.

Using Dropico

The simple drag-and-drop interface of Dropico’s website doesn’t really need an explanation. You simply drag the photo you want from one social network into the other. That’s it. As you can imagine, it is pretty useful. In the screenshot below, I moved a photo from my Facebook account to post it on my Twitter account (follow us on both Facebook and Twitter while you are at it). All in the same window, and all without logging in to either site. The toolbar below appears in the top-right corner of Dropico and acts as a selection site for viewing or hiding your Dropico-connected networking sites. A green line means they are visible and a white line, of course, means they are hidden. It is all very streamlined and simplistic to understand and use. Welcome to a new, simpler photo-sharing world everyone. Enjoy! The above article may contain affiliate links which help support Guiding Tech. However, it does not affect our editorial integrity.
